I have just come back from a 10-day solo road trip in Morocco. With very full working weeks, I had neither the time nor the energy to spend my evenings planning this trip. Trusting Lucie with the organisation was an excellent decision. Everything was thought through with great care. The itinerary was very well balanced, which let me enjoy the landscapes without feeling I was rushing from one stop to the next. I particularly liked the choice of places to stay: authentic, human-scale places, far from mass tourism, with a warm welcome every time. On the ground, the logistics (car hire, calculating driving times, the address book) proved faultless. Not having to worry about day-to-day organisation gives you a real sense of freedom. I wanted to organise a surprise weekend to ask my partner to marry me in front of a beautiful sunset. But managing it all in secret so it would be perfect was another story. I handed the mission to Lucie and I will never thank her enough! Once there, we had a few last-minute problems with the car, and weather that threatened to spoil the moment. Lucie reacted incredibly fast: she sorted everything behind the scenes, by message and by call, to find us alternatives. The place she found for us was exceptional, and on top of that, romantic decorations secretly arranged in our room. What impressed me most was how closely she listened to who we are: she managed to fit a geocaching session into our itinerary, knowing it is a passion we share. Those personal touches made the weekend magical. And she said YES! A thousand thanks, Lucie, for your help, your availability and your talent.

A perfectly organised trip, I left with a clear mind. Everything flowed and was well thought through, all I had to do was enjoy it! The activities were brilliant (special mention for the northern lights) and I never felt lost, thanks to the good advice before leaving. I recommend her without hesitation. To celebrate my retirement, I wanted to mark the occasion by taking my daughter to Bali. It was the trip of my dreams, but the idea of organising it all on the other side of the world worried me enormously. I was afraid of making the wrong choices or of not knowing how to handle the unexpected once there. Luckily I crossed paths with Lucie! From our very first call, she showed great patience and dispelled all my fears. The itinerary she put together for us was quite simply wonderful and very complete. We saw magnificent landscapes, from rice terraces to temples, with well judged rest time so we would not wear ourselves out. Once there, I felt absolutely no stress. The transfers, the small charming hotels, the guides, everything followed on with incredible ease. I could let go completely and focus on those precious moments shared with my daughter. An enormous thank you for this caring support, which made this big step in my life unforgettable.

This is the second time I have trusted Lucie with organising a trip, and once again it was flawless! For this weekend in Rome with my wife, we wanted total comfort and above all to avoid the stress of the crowds. Mission accomplished by Lyluutravel: a private driver at the airport, a gem of a hotel just 2 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and a great private guide for the Vatican. Lucie's real strength is her address book: we ate the best tiramisu in the city and made the most of her secret viewpoints over Rome. A magical stay, all taken care of, where all we had to do was enjoy it!
