🇨🇾 A tailor-made trip to Cyprus: slow travel and autumn sun

✨ The challenge: the right balance between discovery and easy living

As freelancers, Jordan and Camille are lucky enough to manage their own schedule. What they wanted for this October? To escape the greyness settling over Paris and give themselves two weeks of warmth and change of scene, without rushing from one stop to the next. The aim was to design a smooth, unhurried itinerary along the south coast of the island, so they could enjoy each town at their own pace, with no pressure from the clock.

☀️ The highlights of their itinerary

• Paphos, history in the open air: a gentle way in, between fascinating archaeological remains by the sea and romantic sunsets. 🏛️

• The buzz of Limassol: a lively stop to enjoy the marina, wander the lanes of the old town and taste the local Mediterranean food (grilled halloumi and mezze to share!). 🫒

• The authenticity of Nicosia: a fascinating exploration of the last divided capital in Europe, rich in culture, history and contrasts. 🗺️

• Doing nothing in Ayia Napa: far from the summer commotion, in October the town shows a peaceful face, ideal for enjoying the island's finest white sand beaches and crystal-clear water in complete quiet. 🌊

When you are freelance, the line between work and holiday can be thin. To guarantee Jordan and Camille a real disconnection, I spaced out the stages of this itinerary to avoid the packing and unpacking every day effect. I also chose places to stay offering real comfort (and excellent Wi-Fi, in case a work emergency came up), so they could savour their freedom and live at the pace of the Mediterranean sun. 💻☀️
