Your questions, my answers

How far in advance should I get in touch?

Ideally 2 to 3 months before departure, to get the best fares on flights and accommodation. But I handle shorter notice very well too, so do ask.

What if I change my mind about the itinerary?

That is exactly the point of tailor-made travel. We adjust as many times as needed until the trip fits you perfectly. Changes before the final go-ahead are included.

Is it more expensive than a traditional agency?

No. Because I work directly with my local partners and carry none of the overheads of a large structure, my prices are often competitive, sometimes better. Everything is transparent from the quote onwards.

Do you also handle domestic flights and transfers?

Yes, it is all included: international flights, domestic flights, trains, private transfers and car hire. You receive a complete plan, ready to follow.

What happens if something goes wrong while I am there?

I am reachable on WhatsApp 7 days a week during your trip. If something unexpected comes up, I deal with it from here: changing hotel, a flight problem, finding a doctor. You are never on your own.
